By accessing or using the Sift8 platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sift8 provides AI-powered process mining and analysis services, including upload-based event log analysis, report generation, and enterprise audits. The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis and may be updated or modified at any time.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Upload data you do not have the right to process or share
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service
- Use the Service to process unlawfully obtained personal data
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive content
4. Data Processing
Uploaded event logs are processed solely to generate your requested analysis report. Data is not retained beyond the duration required to produce and deliver the report, unless you have an active enterprise agreement that specifies otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, models, algorithms, and reports generated by Sift8 remain the intellectual property of Sift8 or its licensors. Reports delivered to you are licensed for your internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sift8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Sift8 is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
