We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services:
- Uploaded event logs — CSV, XLSX, or other file formats you provide for analysis
- Email address — to deliver your report
- Usage data — server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, retained for up to 30 days
- Contact form data — name and message if you submit an enquiry
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Process your uploaded event log and generate your analysis report
- Deliver the report to the email address you provided
- Respond to support or sales enquiries
- Maintain the security and performance of our infrastructure
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your data under the following legal bases:
- Contract performance — processing your event log to deliver the requested report
- Legitimate interests — security monitoring and service improvement
- Consent — where you have opted in to communications
5. Data Retention
Uploaded event logs and generated reports are deleted within 7 days of report delivery for the free tier. Enterprise customers may have separate retention terms specified in their service agreement. Email addresses used for report delivery are not added to any mailing list unless you explicitly opt in.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), restricted access controls, and regular security reviews. Data may be processed on servers located within the European Economic Area.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability
