03 — The Trinity Architecture

Three agents. One systematic process.

Each data upload passes through three sequenced AI agents that extract, prioritise, and solve. All processing runs within your chosen environment — sovereign on-premise or private cloud.

Agent 01
Extraction

The Forensic Analyst

Finds the problems nobody is looking for.

Scans unstructured data to identify discrete process leaks — the specific moments where processes break, stall, or silently repeat. Converts raw operational noise into a structured catalogue of friction events.

Capabilities

  • NLP parsing of logs, meeting transcripts, and project reports
  • Error pattern clustering across departments and time periods
  • Identification of recurring incidents and hidden dependencies
  • Structured event catalogue output with source attribution

Input Formats

  • Server logs, Jira/ServiceNow exports, ERP data dumps
  • Post-mortem reports, meeting transcripts
  • Internal policy documents, compliance frameworks
Agent 02
Prioritisation

The Impact Quantifier

Turns every problem into a measurable business priority.

Assigns a quantified impact score to every discovered problem using frequency data, process criticality, and business disruption modelling. Outputs a visual Process Heatmap — the most critical problems ranked first.

Prioritisation Model

  • Frequency × severity impact scoring model
  • Downstream disruption assessment across departments
  • Department-level and cross-functional impact scoring
  • Impact trend projection with confidence intervals

Output

  • Process Heatmap with ranked priorities (Critical / High / Medium / Low)
  • Executive-ready five-page process audit report
  • Per-incident impact breakdown with source traceability
Agent 03
Resolution

The Solution Architect

Drafts the fix. Deploys it locally.

Drafts deployable agentic workflows that automate or eliminate each identified process leak, using the Sift8 low-code library. Solutions are reviewed by the client before deployment on their own infrastructure.

Solution Generation

  • Agentic workflow code generated per friction event
  • Uses low-code building blocks for rapid assembly
  • Matches solution complexity to problem severity
  • Includes monitoring and alerting configuration

Deployment

  • Client reviews and approves before any deployment
  • Runs entirely on local infrastructure — no external calls
  • Continuous monitoring with automated drift detection
  • Iterative refinement based on measured outcomes
